GOOD TO KNOW
Frequently asked
How does group ordering actually work?
Pick a platter, choose how many people are eating, and order it as one bundle. Because you're buying a group platter instead of separate meals, the per-person price drops the bigger your group gets — and there's only one pickup to coordinate.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. Browse deals, pick your platter and check out as a guest. You only share a phone number so the restaurant can text you when your order is ready for pickup.
How do I pick up my order?
Every deal is pickup from the restaurant — no delivery fees, no markup. Choose ASAP or a time window at checkout; the restaurant confirms the actual pickup time and you grab it fresh.
Have an allergy or a special request?
Talk to the restaurant directly before you order. Platter descriptions cover the basics, but each restaurant handles its own ingredients and prep — so for anything allergy-related or a specific tweak, the kitchen is the source of truth. You can also use Special Instructions at checkout for smaller requests.
What if my order gets declined?
You're refunded in full, automatically, to your original payment — no action needed on your end.
Need to change or cancel after ordering?
Reach out to the restaurant directly, as soon as you can. Once they've confirmed your order they're already prepping it, so cancellations aren't guaranteed — but they'll help where they can.
Something wrong with your order?
Contact the restaurant directly — they made the food, so they can sort out anything about quality, missing items, or how it was prepared. GroupFinds connects you; the kitchen handles the plate.
